Shipping Information

Ready to ship in 3 business days via standard delivery. PLEASE ALLOW time for production. As I produce the cards to your personal order, I require time for printing, drying, and pressing.

 

All items are posted via Australia Post.

 

Express Post allows for next business day delivery to major postage centres within Australia and allows for easy tracking and monitoring of parcels until delivered to their destination.

 

Alternatively, customers may opt for standard postage with expected delivery times between 3 - 6 working days within Australia.

 

As a Fine Art Photographer, I am very particular and it goes without saying I had to have complete control over the whole production process to ensure every single item is of the best quality. That way I am satisfied with the result and my customers are very happy with their purchase.

 

I even have customers who have kept and framed their order for themselves and re-ordered the same greeting cards for the friends they intended to give them to!

 

PLEASE NOTE: colour may vary depending on what type of screen you view the images/products.

Return & Exchange Policy

I gladly accept returns and exchanges on non-customised items. Just contact me within 5 days of delivery and ship items back to me within 14 days of delivery.

 

Please return items in its original condition, post in a bend-proof envelope. You will receive a refund once I have received the return and the items are not damaged.

 

I do not accept cancellations, but please contact me as soon as possible if you have any problems with your order.

 

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged because of the nature of these items. Unless they arrive damaged or defective, I cannot accept returns for:

• Custom or personalised orders
• Items on sale

 

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

 

I have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours and images of my products that appear on my store. I cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any colour will be accurate.
